I'm Shelly Hibbert
When I started in real estate 26 years ago, I didn’t come in confident or fully prepared. I came in licensed, hopeful, and unsure of what to do next. There was no clear roadmap, no step-by-step guidance, and no one breaking things down in a way that felt simple or doable.
I learned by showing up, asking questions, making mistakes, and figuring things out in real time. Some days felt productive; others were discouraging. What changed everything wasn’t knowing more, it was creating structure, building confidence through repetition, and focusing on the activities that actually produced results.
Over time, I realized success in real estate isn’t about being perfect or knowing everything. It’s about clarity, consistency, and having the right foundation.
That realization is why I coach the way I do today. I’ve been where you are, overwhelmed, unsure, and wanting to succeed.
